Nomenklatura

Nomenklatura (Rusça: номенклату́ра; Latince: nomenclatura), Sovyetler Birliği ve diğer Doğu Bloku ülkelerinde bürokraside çeşitli kilit idari görevleri ellerinde tutan elitlerdi. Bu kişilerın çoğu komünist parti üyesiydiler.[1]
