Troms, Norveç'in aynı adı taşıyan Troms ilinde yer alan ve Kuzey Norveç bölgesinde yer alan bir şehirdir.[2] Şehrin nüfusu 26 Kasım 2009 tarihinde toplam nüfusu 161,771'dir.[3] Doğu bölgesinde ise İsveç'in Norrbotten ili bulunur.
