1982-83 İngiltere Lig Kupası, İngiltere liglerinde mücadele eden 92 takımın katıldığı, İngiltere Lig Kupası'nın 23. sezonu. Turnuva, 30 Ağustos 1982 tarihinde başladı ve 26 Mart 1983 tarihinde oynanan final maçı ile sona erdi. Londra'daki Wembley Stadyumu'nda Manchester United ve Liverpool takımları arasında oynanan final maçını Liverpool 2-1 kazanarak organizasyonda şampiyonluğa ulaştı.
