Arkadios Forumu

Arkadios Forumu, Bizans İmparatoru II. Teodosios döneminde (408-450) düzenlenen ve ortasında anıtsal bir sütun bulunan meydan. Bizans döneminde Kserolofos (Kuru Tepe) diye bilinen, daha sonradan ise Avrat Tepesi denen bugünkü Haseki bölgesinde idi.
